Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FiKHSONSTM LLC ("FiKHSONSTM", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company, handles personal information on fikhsons.com.
Products and services offered under our trade names, such as Lisra.Ai, HandiEco, Travelsian, VASSiSTECH and VELAMORi, have their own websites and privacy notices. Those notices apply when you use those products and services.
Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, and, if you give them, your phone number and the topic you choose.
- Investor and partner form: your name, email address, organisation, country, area of interest and message, and the consent wording you agreed to.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, country and city, profile link, work experience, education, languages, skills, availability and expected salary, your answers and a few words about you. If the hiring team shortlists you, they may ask for documents such as certificates or an ID through a private link.
- Job Bank account: to apply you sign in with a code sent to your email; your account keeps your online CV, your mobile number and your applications. You can delete the account at any time in the Job Bank.
- Security information: with each form we keep a coded form of your internet (IP) address that cannot be read back, and the type of browser you use, to prevent spam and abuse.
- Server logs: our hosting provider may record technical access data, such as the IP address, the time and the page requested, to keep the website running safely.
When you open the website, your IP address is checked against a country table on our own server (data from DB-IP) only to open the right country page and language. It is not stored for this purpose.
Cookies
We use only these cookies, all needed for the website to work:
- fik_region remembers the country page you chose, for one year.
- fik_lang remembers the language of the pages (the one you chose, or the one your browser asked for), for one year.
- fik_theme remembers whether you chose the light or the dark look, for one year.
- fik_candidate keeps you signed in to the Job Bank, for 30 days, and only if you sign in.
Members of our team who sign in to the administration area also receive sign-in cookies. We use no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party tracking. Fonts and pictures are served from our own server. If a video from YouTube is shown on the website, it loads only when you press play, through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube's own policy then applies.
Do Not Track
Because this website does not track visitors across other websites and allows no third party to do so, it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
How we use information
We use your information to answer your message or inquiry, to consider your job application, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to keep the website secure. For visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent (for example, the newsletter), on steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (job applications and business inquiries), and on our legitimate interest in answering messages and protecting the website.
Who receives information
Only the members of our team who handle your message or application can see it. To protect the careers forms and to send email we use two service providers: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person (it reads technical data such as your IP address and browser, only for this check); an email delivery service delivers our emails, such as sign-in codes and application updates. Applications for a role at FiKHSONSTM Ltd. in Bangladesh are also seen by its hiring team in Dhaka. Our hosting provider stores the website and its database on servers in the United States. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
International transfers
The website is hosted in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information is processed in the United States.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was given: messages and inquiries for up to 24 months after we handle them; job applications for up to 6 months after the hiring process ends, and in our talent pool for up to 24 months if you chose it; newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. After that we delete the information or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, to stop using it, or to withdraw a consent you gave. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also ask for a copy in a portable form and complain to your data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it; we do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, email info@fikhsons.com. We reply within one month.
Visitors in the European Union
For visitors in Germany and the rest of the European Union, this policy is also available in German, with the information the GDPR requires: switch the language to DE at the top of the page.
Visitors in Bangladesh
For visitors in Bangladesh, FiKHSONSTM Ltd., Rupayan Shopping Square, Block-G, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka, is the local contact for personal information. We process your information with your consent or to take steps you ask for, such as answering a message or considering a job application, for the purposes and periods described above. Your information is processed in the United States, where this website is hosted. You may withdraw your consent, and ask us to show, correct or delete your information, by writing to info@fikhsons.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority established under the Personal Data Protection Act 2026. We do not accept newsletter sign-ups or job applications from anyone in Bangladesh under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
Providing information
Giving us information is voluntary. Without the fields marked as required, we cannot handle your inquiry or application. We make no automated decisions about you.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to submitted information is limited to authorised team members, passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, and CVs and documents are stored privately and are never public.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page, and we say so at the top of the page when a change is material.
